A little introduction
How many amazing family recipes have disappeared simply because nobody wrote them down? So I'm writing mine down: the ones from home, the ones I invent on busy mornings, and the healthy desserts I'm proud to serve to guests.

Inspiration for your kitchen
Some of my favourite recipes started as fridge rescues. Add what you have and see what you can make, and what's still missing.
coffee of the week
Shake 10 g maple syrup with 80 ml black coffee, pour over two ice cubes and 30 ml milk. Foam another 70 ml milk with a few vanilla drops until really thick and spoon it on top. Thank me later.
meal of the week
Warm syrniki, cold yogurt, fresh figs and honey. One of my favourite ways to use cottage cheese, and it still feels like a treat. The recipe is on its way.
a little Michelin
The dish that surprised me most was a white fish with ginger, nuts and fish sauce. Not what I'd expect at fine dining, and it all worked beautifully together.
